Chuck Leavell

Chuck Leavell is a legendary American keyboardist and musical director, best known for his decades-long role as principal touring keyboardist and musical director for The Rolling Stones. He first rose to prominence in the 1970s with The Allman Brothers Band, earning acclaim for his piano work on “Jessica,” and has since performed and recorded with artists including Eric Clapton, John Mayer, George Harrison, The Black Crowes, and many others. He also composed the score for Triangle Park and is writing and producing the music for Osgood.

Beyond music, Chuck is a dedicated environmentalist and co-owner of Charlane Plantation in Georgia, a nationally recognized model of sustainable forestry. An author and co-founder of Mother Nature Network, he has received numerous honors, including Georgia Tree Farmer of the Year and induction into the Alabama Music Hall of Fame. His career reflects a rare combination of musical excellence and environmental leadership.
