Catherine Campbell

Senior Vice President, Business Development Team

Catherine retired in 2023 as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at St. Mary Development Corporation but returned to help lead investor outreach for Osgood after being moved by the film’s vision. She brings decades of fundraising and partnership-building experience across nonprofit, parish, and community initiatives.

At St. Mary, she helped advance fundraising strategies supporting low-income seniors throughout southwest Ohio. Previously, as Director of Development at St. Christopher Parish, she eliminated $2M in debt, raised $500,000 for improvements, and increased charitable funding. As a consultant for the Archdiocese of Cincinnati’s One Faith, One Hope, One Love campaign, she led nine parishes to exceed goals, contributing to a $166M campaign total. Catherine holds a B.S. in Art from Western Michigan University and has received numerous honors, including Rotarian of the Year and Dayton’s Top 25 Women to Watch.
